As an Australian company we endeavour to use as many Australian products and services as possible, including using Australian aluminium, steel, parts and labour. Our fibreglass comes from Asia and some of our high-quality parts are manufactured in France and Italy, giving our clients the best value, designed and engineered products in the world.

| Guarantee – 100% guarantees on all products |

All products are designed to meet or exceed Australian and International Standards. All fiberglass and aluminium soccer products are backed by a 5-year guarantee, and all other aluminium products are backed by a 2-year guarantee, ensuring products will perform as they should. Guarantees are valid from the original date of purchase to benefit the original purchaser. They are not transferable.
Guarantees cover defects in material and workmanship but will be voided if products have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. Guarantees do not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches or damage caused by accidents, impacts or vandalism. |

| Delivery & Assembly – 100% packaged and insured in transit |

| Prompt delivery at reasonable rates is available for all products or pick-up from our factory is available provided the correct vehicle is used. When delivered using our carrier, products are professionally packaged and fully insured against damage during transport. All products come with a DIY assembly and installation guide, saving our clients time and money. Over the phone technical support is available or we can recommend quality local tradesmen to complete the works if required. |

To make ordering as simple as possible, all standard payment methods are accepted. Government, Councils and Schools are granted an automatic 14 day account but for orders over $10,000 in value, a 50% deposit is required. Distributors are required to pay for their first 3 orders on placement of order. After successful payment of the first 3 orders, distributors are entitled to apply for a 14 day credit account. All other clients must pre-pay in full upon ordering. Custom made products not in the standard product list require full payment prior to manufacturing for all clients, including account clients.

| Pricing – 100% price beat guarantee |

| Prices for all products formally quoted are in Australian ($AUD) and include GST (10%). All prices are correct at the time of quotation and are valid for a 30 day quote period. PILA group reserves the right to alter prices for any reason but if the price of a product that you have ordered alters, we will honour that price on condtion that the order has been accepted prior to the price change. Tax invoices will be issued for all accepted orders. Receipts of payment will be issued on request, in line with standard practices. |

| Problems or Damages – 100% peace of mind guarantee |

| If you receive a product which is faulty or has been damaged in freight, contact PILA group immediately to arrange free return and an exchange. All returns must be authorised by PILA group. We will arrange for the replacement product to be delivered to you as an urgent priority. If you receive an order with shortages, contact us to arrange for immediate dispatch of the product shortage. PILA group will not accept returns for products that have been damaged after delivery. You should notify PILA of the fault as soon as the fault is found and you must be able to provide full details of the fault, photos, the invoice number and be able to look after the products until they are returned.
