BREAKING NEWS – PILA is the new Preferred Supplier of Goal Posts for AFL (NSW/ACT)
Hot off the press is the news that PILA have just signed the contract to be the preferred supplier of goal posts to the AFL in New South Wales and the ACT. This is extremely exciting news for PILA as they have been hot on the heels of AFL (NSW/ACT) for a few years now and it is great to see that all the hard work has paid off.
During the 2011 calendar year, PILA will work in partnership with AFL (NSW/ACT) and upgrade many clubs and schools with new goal posts and related facilities and see the sport grow even further in the state of NSW and in the ACT. Being able to offer a variation of product types including specified AFL sizing in both fibreglass and aluminium materials, PILA was deemed to be the logical choice for AFL (NSW/ACT). Shortly after the new agreement was signed, Facilities Manager at AFL (NSW/ACT), Joseph La Posta, had this to say.
“AFL (NSW/ACT) is delighted to announce that PILA Group has been awarded the AFL’s 2010/2011 Goal Post Contract for New South Wales and the ACT. We are very appreciative of the time that PILA has taken to present their services and ultimately secure our contract for the coming year. We look forward to working in partnership with PILA to deliver a record number of goal post sets to our community AFL clubs and schools throughout NSW & ACT.
