This has been our focus since the beginning and maximising the use of our materials and production methods has meant that our costs are low and our savings are passed directly onto our customers.

Our fibreglass products are protected from the volatility of metal prices, unlike our competitors products. As metal prices remain unstable and continue to increase in price, our fibreglass products offer both a better quality product and a price that is stable and fair. Our Delivery

Our products are professionally packaged and fully insured in transit, so we take responsibility until the goods are unloaded at your door and you sign for them. This is a service that is unique in our industry. Most of our competitors end their care the moment your goods are taken off their floor so if your goods are damaged in transit, that becomes your problem. Buyer beware! We offer 100% commitment from the 1st point of contact to the receipt of goods at your door and beyond into the manufacturers warranty period.

We work with an excellent freight network who delivers to nearly every corner of Australia and Asia-Pacific. While most delivery’s arrive on or ahead of time, occasionally things happen that are out of our control. For example, a flooded highway may cause road freight to be delayed. We always over estimate freight times so your deadlines can be met in the worst case scenario.

Our Installation

All of our products are designed for DIY installation without the need for expensive machinery or cranes, saving our clients time and money. Our friendly service staff are always on hand to offer technical advice if required during installation. For those needing full assistance, our in-house installation team is available for full site services in some areas or we can recommend quality local tradesmen.

To back up our first-class products and services we offer a 5-year written guarantee on goal post products and a 2-year written guarantee on flag pole and banner pole products. We are proudly an Australian Company and endeavour to use as many Australian products as possible. However, in order to bring you the best quality, latest range or most competitive price, we sometimes need to look elsewhere. So, much like us, our products are a little bit multicultural.

Where are we from?

Our fibreglass… Our fibreglass comes from China, is consistent in quality and does not fluctuate in price, so we thought it was worth the overseas trip.

Our aluminium… Our Australian Standard aluminium tubes are milled by local Australian merchants.

Our steel… Why would you use anyone else’s steel? Our steel is proudly 100% Australian.

Our parts… We searched the globe for the best offerings and found France to be the pick for many of our quality parts.

Ordering Procedures

It is important our customers understand our processes to make ordering as simple as possible.

Lead Times… We manufacture products to order and in general, orders are dispatched within 1-2 weeks from the day the order is received. Freight times can vary and are dependant on where the goods are being shipped.

Delivery Procedures… Deliveries are usually made by trucks and personnel must be on site to accept and sign for delivery. Hand unloading is possible for all of our products. If you are concerned about hand unloading, talk to your sales person about the weight of the products you have ordered.

Guarantee’s… Flag poles and banner poles are guaranteed for 2-years against manufacturer defects and sports goal posts are guaranteed for 5-years. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or damage by vandals.

Payment Details… Orders must be received in writing and an invoice will be issued upon placement of an order. An order will be put into the manufacturing schedule once payment is received and prompt payment will ensure your order is dispatched on time. All standard payment methods are accepted including most credit cards. Council’s and Government Department’s are granted an automatic 30 day from invoice account for orders under $10,000. For orders over $10,000 in value, a 50% deposit is required to commence manufacturing. All custom made products that are not in our standard product list require full payment prior to manufacturing with no exceptions.

Distributors can apply for a 30 day from invoice account after timely payment of 3 orders. We request all accounts are paid promptly so we can pay our suppliers on time, many of whom are small businesses run by Australian family’s.

Terms & Conditions of Sale… It is important our customer’s familiarise themselves with our Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to placing an order. General Terms and Conditions of Sale are displayed on each quotation provided. A full copy of our Terms and Conditions of Sale can be forwarded upon request.

Your Privacy

We are committed to protecting user privacy on our web site. Unless you specifically tell us, our web site will never know who you are. When you visit our web site our web measurement tool and Internet Service Providers (ISP) record anonymous information for statistical purposes only.
