PILA group is able to manufacture poles in varying heights from 4m - 6m as standard, however it is possible to manufacture custom heights for a quantity order.
There is a big difference between fibreglass and steel in terms of performance and strength with fibreglass being the superior product choice for a variety of reasons. PILA always recommends fibreglass poles because they are sustainable and more environmentally friendly than steel, they are cost effective, more hard wearing and easier to maintain. PILA’s fibreglass communication poles are fantastic value as all PILA fibreglass communication poles come complete with a vandal proof access door (if required), an OH&S compliant hinge base and they have a 5 year warranty for peace of mind and value for money.
PILA can offer a complete supply-and-installation service and our on-site team is fully trained to work at heights and have OH&S qualifications. In locations where PILA cannot install, local installers who can complete the job to a professional standard can often be recommended. However, all PILA poles are designed for easy DIY installation or by capable handymen, landscapers and builders, saving clients time and money.
Generally a pole up to 6m can be installed at a residential site without planning permission from your local council but it is always wise to contact your council to confirm planning permission is not required prior to ordering your pole. For commercial locations, it is recommended you always contact your local council to gain approval in writing prior to installing your poles.
