PILA’s Goal Posts to Feature in Greatest NRL Grand Final and Pre-Game Entertainment
As the South Sydney Rabbitohs and Canterbury Bulldogs prepare to go head-to-head in Sunday night’s NRL Grand Final, the pundits are predicting the biggest and best Rugby League decider in the history of the game. The semi-finals have already attracted around 4 million viewers, causing speculation that this Grand Final will be the most watched in history and lead to the NRL claiming four of the Top 5 most-watched programs in Australia for the year!
And PILA staff are of course swept up in the excitement. We may be divided with supporters from both camps but we are united in our exhilaration over the use of our Rugby League goal posts for both the big game inside ANZ Stadium and the pre-game entertainment outside. We never tire of seeing our goal posts in major games like this, but we are also deeply proud to have our goal posts used for the family-friendly activities on offer as part of the entertainment precinct.
Kicking off from 11am on Grand Final morning, the area around ANZ Stadium will come alive with free events and entertainment. There’s plenty to keep everyone happy with live music as well as interactive and educational Rugby League activities including goal kicking practice through PILA’s NRL goal posts open to the general public. You may even see your favourite Rugby League star having a go!
PILA is proud to be able to offer the same high quality goal posts used for the NRL Grand Final at ANZ Stadium to the pre-game activities and thousands of footy clubs across Australia.
